Refund Policy

At Bake Studio, all orders are custom made to order. Because of this, we have specific policies in place regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. This deposit covers the cost of ingredients and preparation and is non-refundable after 24 hours of placing your order.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of pickup.

Cancellations & Refunds

Within 24 hours: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

After 24 hours: If you cancel more than 24 hours after placing your order, your 50% deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made will be refunded.
No-shows
If you do not collect your order on the agreed pickup day, no refund will be issued.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to collect your order on time or would like to arrange pickup at a later date, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
If you choose to pick up your order at a later date, please note:

We can hold your order for a maximum of 2 days after the original pickup date. The freshness of the baked goods may be affected due to this, and we cannot guarantee the same level of freshness compared to collection on the scheduled day.
