All orders are taken through our Instagram DMs, at @bakestudio.byh Please give us at least 1 weeks notice for your orders.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all orders. If, for whatever reason, you decide to cancel your order you will receive a 50% refund. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, in which case you would receive a 100% refund.

The latest we can accept an order is 3 days before pickup, however that may be subject to change depending on our availability/busyness. Send us a message and we will let you know if we can accomodate your order!

Yes! We love working with themes and can recreate your ideas/inspiration photos or come up with our own designs for you.
